The long and short of the dark elf strategy guide is that darkshards are boarderline overpowered and while the sun is shining, we may as well make some hay. Expect their AP damage to be drastically reduced in the coming weeks as the five people who actually play multiplayer complain about balance enough to get them nerfed.
